Don joined IG Wealth Management in Winnipeg as a Financial Consultant in 1985, building a financial planning practice to help families and businesses achieve true financial well-being and improve their confidence for the future. He later became a Division Director where he managed a team of Financial Consultants, in addition to working with clients. Don also spent six years in corporate roles including Vice-President for Québec. In 2002 Don returned to Manitoba as Regional Director of the Winnipeg West office, where he recruited, trained and coached Financial Consultants. After 30 years in management, Don transitioned back to the role of Financial Consultant, dedicating all of his time to clients, family and friends.
